How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all standard items.
For any oversized art and furniture pieces, you will receive a custom shipping invoice. The item will be shipped in a crate or a White Glove shipping service can be offered for an additional fee. If your item is considered oversized, it will be listed in the description.
We ship within the United States using a standard shipping carrier for most products.
What is your return policy?
We only offer returns for items in our “Made by Honeylow” collection. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund, credit, or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Discounted, custom, limited edition, one-of-a-kind and vintage pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please email Hello@Honeylow.com to begin the return process. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.
Kindly note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If you have any questions about a specific item’s return policies, please email us before purchasing.
FAQs
Where are your pieces from?
I (Morgan) hand-source each piece that we carry. With a rich education and love for art, I only buy works that I love and would happily live with. Most of what we sell is sourced from Europe, but I am always on the hunt for pieces that make my heart sing!
Do you know who the artist is?
Some art is by named artists but much of the art I sell is by unknown artists. I source pieces for the connection and joy they emanate, encouraging collecting as a reflection of one’s tastes, interest, and experiences, rather than provenance and value.
Is the frame included?
I try to keep the original frames, firstly for environmental reasons and secondly, as people have such different ideas on framing. Some frames will therefore be a bit imperfect but if there is anything major I will always disclose it in the description. The price of the artwork you are buying is solely the picture itself: I include the frames as an extra at no charge. There are a huge number of wonderful framers around but if you need help I can always help you find someone.
Are all paintings one-of-a-kind or vintage?
Yes, all artworks are one-of-a-kind and/or vintage. My favorite part about vintage art is the story it tells. If a piece has a blemish, fade or tear, it adds to the character rather than takes away from the beauty. For this reason, we try our best to preserve and highlight the patina as an homage to the unique story of the life of the object .Buying vintage is the epitome of sustainability – a wonderful way to reduce waste by reusing and repurposing existing resources. It’s a win-win for art-lovers and the planet.
Can you help me find something specific?
Whether you are looking for a specific painting or to outfit a whole home, we can custom source art that beautifully complements your space. We would love to hear about your project!
Could I rent pieces for shoots or staging?
To the trade, yes. Rental rates are 20% of the price and shipping both ways will be invoiced to the renter.
How does the custom process work?
After you contact us, we will reach out to you and schedule either a phone or in-person conversation to better understand the scope of the project. Once a design and material is agreed upon, we will send a contract for you to sign and collect a deposit. The deposit will secure your place in production. For all projects we ask for a 50% deposit and 50% after install/delivery.
Can I change the wood or dimensions of a cutting board?
Of course! We can build any of our designs with any wood or dimensions you would like. We will send you a custom invoice for your order. Please allow for a 2-4 week production lead time and we will notify you once your order has shipped. We do not accept returns for custom orders and all sales will be final.
Privacy Policy
We will only use your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling orders, processing payments and the occasional promotional email (if you are subscribed to our newsletter). We will never share or sell your information to anyone else.
Terms & Conditions
The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images. Since wood is a natural product and all finishes are hand applied, there might be slight variations of the final finish compared to the website description.
